INTRODUCTION

 

School of Electronics Engineering enables engineering personnel to work on High-Tech electronic equipments and systems in use in various fields of aviation. The professionals are trained here to maintain and upkeep electronic aids to Airport Operations and Air Traffic Services up to the highest standards so as to provide smooth and reliable service. They are trained to analyze fault in Electronic Systems, fix problem and restore operational service as efficiently as possible.

 
Electronics Engineering covers study of wide range of subjects from Basic Electronics to that of Advance Microprocessor Technology, Computer, Telecommunication and Radar Engineering. Special reference is made to application of electronics technology in the field of Aviation.

Method of Teaching

The method of imparting training ranges from class room lecture through hands-on and workshop practice and from computer aided learning to self study guides.

Resources are also available to generate multi-media and computer based training packages if so required to satisfy part or all of the training need.

Adequate number of Laboratories provided with modern systems, trainers, test equipments are available for practical training. Various Electronic Navigational Aids are specifically installed at Hyderabad Airport at the locations where they should be in real case to create training environment as practical as possible.

Up-gradation of Lab equipments is made from time to time as with advancement in technology and introduction of new electronic systems and concepts so as to embrace the trainees with latest knowledge and skill.
